UninterruptedVR has travelled to the Comox Valley Art Gallery (CVAG) in Courtenay, BC and is now featured for six weeks this spring. Our virtual reality experience is one of three B.C. based works included in IMMERSED: Return to Water, a recurrent exhibition at the mid-island gallery exploring “the enduring relationship we have with this watery region.”
The gallery is open Wednesdays through Sundays, with multiple showings daily. They recommend you register in advance by emailing: register@comoxvalleyartgallery.com but you can also drop by before any of the show times to see if there are unbooked seats.
Viewings accommodate five visitors at a time, each fitted with a VR headset and seated in a swivel chair to accommodate the 360 degree viewing. While at the gallery you can also catch Texada and ChronoScapes. Just remember all three lens-based works are only there until May 24th!
